A plain-language account of what this website collects, why we collect it, and how to contact us about it.
We store your team name and number, contact name and email, problem description, attachments and chosen meeting time to prepare for and run your meeting. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and can only be downloaded through the admin dashboard. Only the team name, number, topic and meeting details are copied to our team schedule, Google Calendar and Notion. Unfinished uploads expire after one hour and are removed by daily cleanup; booking details and attachments are scheduled for removal 90 days after the meeting. You can request an earlier deletion by email.
When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, enquiry type, and message so the team can respond. A copy may also be delivered to the team through our email provider. Contact submissions are scheduled for deletion after one year.
When email updates are available, we store your email address after you confirm the subscription. We use it only for Crimson Crocs updates. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed addresses are retained only to respect that choice.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand broad website usage and improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
The site may temporarily process technical information such as an IP-derived rate-limit key to protect forms from abuse. Service providers involved in hosting, database storage, and email delivery process only the information needed to run those services.
